Uniforms

All NEW players must purchase a UNIFORM PACKAGE with registration.  This uniform will be good through the Spring 2012 Season.  Cost is $60 per player and includes two shirts, one short and one pair of striped socks.  See images of our new uniform above.

If registering online, once you reach the payment page, please cancel all unnecessary charges - if ordering a uniform package, cancel the replaceent items.  If ordering replacement items only, cancel all other uniform charges except the one you are ordering.

Replacement uniform pieces can be purchased separately for all returning players if necessary.  Cost per item is $20.00 each for jerseys, $15.00 for shorts and $5.00 for pair of socks.

Please note the current uniform cycle is from Fall 2010 through Spring 2012.  If you purchased a uniform during any of these seasons, you will not need to purchase another one. 

*** Please note the fees stated are only for registration and uniforms.  Other fees may be needed throughout the season such as tournament fees (if applicable), end of season parties, coaches/team managers gift for end of season, team snacks, team/individual photos, trophies, etc.  These additional fees are team related only and are not included in your registration or uniform fees.

Spring 2012 Recreational Registration

Online – December 1, 2011 through January 22, 2012 (at midnight).  Credit card payments only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover).  To register online please click the link below.  Please note that data will not be saved in forms, therefore everything must be completed at one time.

Walk-Up Dates - All live walk-up registration dates will be held at the Paulding Community/Senior Center located across from the Paulding Sheriff's Department at 54 Industrial Way N, Dallas, GA 30132 - just off of Industrial Blvd North (same road as the Braly Soccer Complex)

Saturday January 14, 2012     10am to 2pm

Friday      January 20, 2012      7pm to 9pm

Saturday January 21, 2012      10am to 2pm

Registration can also be mailed to WMSC  c/o Tess Kaye  4558 Lost Mountain Court Powder Springs, GA 30127.    Late Registration will be accepted  on a waiting list only (first come, first serve) from January 23rd through January 31st for an additional $10 late fee if spot is available.

Program Cost

 These cost reflect registration fees only and DO NOT include uniform packages or replacement uniform pieces.  For online registration, there will be an additional credit card processing fee added to your transaction.

Coaches Discount:  Half off of registration fees only for child coaching.  Discount is effective on your second consecutive season as head coach.  (If registering on-line you must contact the registrar in order for your discount to be refunded)
